Using the Telephony product via UWQ Advanced Outbound, customer selects a campaign and is taken into Collections. They may actually make as many as 10-50 calls without receiving an error. The error first occurs in the Wrap Up screen, FRM-41026: Field does not understand operation. Once the error occurs, it will reoccur for every field with an LOV until the Stop Media button on the Telephony is pressed and the Collections forms are closed and reentered completely.
You may continue with only a few more calls before you receive the error at this point. Once you receive the error, it will come more frequently.
