Outbound OTM integration not Visible in BPEL (Doc ID 1253077.1)

Symptoms


When sending OTM integration to EBS the integration is not propagating from BPEL layer to EBS.

In reviewing the Transmission Manager for the outbound transmission, it shows as "Processed". The OTM logs also show the outbound integration being successfully sent.
