Symptoms
Cannot create a Payment Process Profile.
After designating a new PPP (Payment Process Profile) as a "printed" type, the lower portion of the window changes to show only the following collapsed regions:
USAGE RULES
(the regions PAYMENT INSTRUCTION CREATION RULES, SEPARATE REMITTANCE ADVICE, and ADDITIONAL INFORMATION disappear), and an inline error appears at the top of the window when users click on the Apply button:
