On Applications 11.5.10.2:
When attempting to use the Oracle API call to EGO_ITEM_PUB.Process_Items, the following error is seen in the log file.

1. Update item using Oracle API call to EGO_ITEM_PUB.Process_Items
Changes
Upgrading baseline patch levels, including application of PLM patchset 'E', with PLM Rollup: E15 (Patch 7478311).
