Customer Form Issue: Customer Category and Sales Channel Fields are Missing From the Customers Form

Goal
In R12.1.1 Customers screen, it is found that:
- The Customer Category field is only available for Customer Type 'Organization'. This field is not there for Customer Type 'Person'.
- Sales Channel field is at the account level instead of at the site level.
In previous releases:
- Customer Category field is available for both customer type: 'Organization' and 'Person'.
- Sales Channel field is available at the site level.
