Find that the automatic withholding tax (AWT) accounting amount for foreign currency payments is different than the calculated amount that should be correct (payment rate * invoice withholding).
To identify transactions with this issue, run the following query:
select aip.check_id,ai.invoice_id, aip.invoice_payment_id,
aip.exchange_rate pymt_exc_rt,ai.exchange_rate inv_exc_rt,
aphd.invoice_dist_amount, aphd.invoice_dist_base_amount aphd_dist_base_amt,
