Symptoms

Trying to startup forms fails with

FRM-92050: Failed to connect to the Server: /forms/lservlet:-1

The application log from
$LOG_HOME/ora/10.1.3/j2ee/forms/forms_default_group_1/application.log
shows:

10/10/25 04:57:44.543 formsweb: Servlet error
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: /devapp/oracle/FLINND/apps/tech_st/10.1.2/lib/libfrmjsl.so.0: /devapp/oracle/FLINND/apps/tech_st/10.1.2/lib/libfrmjsl.so.0: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS32 (Possible cause: architecture word width mismatch)

Changes

Upgraded the jdk and the version of the library is correct (32 bit)
