Issue in 6.1.2

Client logs into OTM and navigates to : Configuration and Administration > User Management > User Manager and queries the user (say: DOMAIN.ADMIN) and adds the 'Auto Approve Rule Profile' and clicks on 'Finished'. They get an error message : "Invalid User Name (DOMAIN.ADMIN) or password.". After this error they are unable to login to the application again with the same user (ie DOMAIN.ADMIN).This issue encountered when any details of DOMAIN.ADMIN are changed like nick name,Auto Approve Rule Profile ,password etc.

It is important to note that this issue is only with this specific user - DOMAIN.ADMIN and the problem is not with any other user. The client also tried to create a new user and did not observe this problem.
