Oracle Scripting/Arabic Language/Jinitiator - Issue with Copying Arabic Language into a Script (Doc ID 1255714.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 version, Oracle Scripting (Oracle JInitiator: Version 1.3.1.21)

Find that when text is copied from the Contact Center form and pasted on the Scripting screen, the application hangs and users have to restart the application.

This only happens on the second paste of data into the same field.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect Scripting screen to accept copy/pasted text without any issues.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. (R)Contact Management (N)Contact Center > Tools > Scripting
2. Copy Customer Name from contact center screen and paste in scripting.
3. Re-Copy Customer Name from contact center screen and paste in scripting.
4. Application hangs and have to be restarted.


Note : Only Arabic Text causes this issue, English Text is OK.
