Symptoms

When costing eAM Workorder Component Issue transactions, they are failing with the following error This is occurring after doing a Database upgrade to 11g and applying Financial Family Pack G.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.View Material transactions
   - After checking the status of these Material Transactions, the costed_flag was E (Error).
