Find that custom workflow send notification in plain text even though user preference is set to HTML.
even though the notification preference = 'MAILHTML>HTML mail with attachments' for the user.
Expect that the notification email would be in HTML format.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Order Management Super User
2. Open sale order form
3. Enter new order of transaction type 'Test Hardware' and save.
4. Then to to Actions > Progress order > Approval Eligible.
5. Workflow get submitted and send a notification to person set up in profile OM: Notification approver.
But this notification is plain text format.
