Symptoms
When attempting to cancel a Bank Account Transfer in status 'Settled' and with Cashflows in status 'Created', but the following error is displayed at the time of canceling:
BankAccountTransferAMImpl.cancelTransfer throws SQLException:
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20001: -: XLA-95103: An internal error occurred.
Please inform your system administrator or support representative that: An internal error has occurred in the program xla_events_pkg.update_event.
Unable to perform UPDATE on the event. The event (XXXX)is either invalid or has been final accounted.ORA-6512: at "APPS.CE_BAT_API", line 1211 ORA-6512: at line 1.
