Rapidclone at windows 2008 Fails To Execute The 10.1.3 Oui (Doc ID 1262657.1)

On : 12.1.x version when attempting to clone using rapidclone the following error occurs.

Running perl appsTier fails immediately when running the oui with error:

Exception java.lang.NullPointerException occurred..
at oracle.sysman.oii.oiix.OiixPathOps.concatPath(
at oracle.sysman.oii.oiic.OiicOUIEntryPoint.processCommandLine(
at oracle.sysman.oii.oiic.OiicInstaller.processCommandLine(
at oracle.sysman.oii.oiic.OiicInstaller.runInstaller(
at oracle.sysman.oii.oiic.OiicInstaller.main(
Error:*** Alert: Abnormal program termination. An internal error has occurred.
Please provide the following files to Oracle Support :

The same error can be found in silentInstall.log

The following error will be found in the Cloning log files at the end of the cloning session:
