Symptoms

On : 12.1.1 version, Financial Statement Generator

FSG Report fails with signal 11 after upgrade in R12.1.1.

Error:

Warning : calculations use Amount Type for column sequence: 140.0000000000000.
Warning : calculations use Amount Type for column sequence: 230.0000000000000.
Warning : calculations use Amount Type for column sequence: 240.0000000000000.

Getting ranges for row set
/u03/oracle/apps/apps/apps_st/appl/rg/12.0.0/bin/RGRARG
Program was terminated by signal 11

Applied these following patches but issue remain same:
- Patch 9182320:R12.RG.B
- Patch 10147405:R12.RG.B

Changes

Upgrade from 11.5.9 to R12.1.1
