11.5.10/R12: Unable to See Correct Available Quantity for the ATP check in Oracle iStore

Profile Option MSC Enable Allocated ATP


When trying to check the availability of an item in iStore check availability page,  the Item On Hand quantity shows incorrect values. The ATP inquiry in Order Management for a Sales Order returns correct values.

Here, the allocated ATP is being used.  Allocated ATP is based on customer and Demand Class code is also set for the customer in customer standard form.
Due to this, users unable to see correct available quantity for the ATP check.
