Symptoms
When attempting to change the Branch Type to SWIFT on the Bank Branch Information
the following error occurs.
ERROR

You cannot set this class code as primary because its date range overlaps with an existing primary class code in the same class category.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to change the Branch Type from ABA to SWIFT
