Client ADI - Duplicate Columns Created When Attempting To Resequence Columns (Doc ID 1263555.1)

When attempting to renumber, then add a new column sequence in the FSG report, using ADI Report Wizard the following error occurs.

Column sequence numbers are not unique.
Check that the sequence numbers for the column set are all distinct values.

When editing an FSG through ADI, if a column containing a calculation is modified, a duplicate (but unpopulated) column is created at the end of the report. This unwanted column is not visible on the screen but is apparent when you view the column list. If you delete this unwanted column, both it and your "good" column are deleted. The creation of this column triggers an error, visible on the "Report Wizard - Save report messages" screen. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. ADI - Report Wizard
2. Define Report - Load Existing Report
3. Rename sequence 49 to 50
4. Save - Upload to Database
5. Insert a new sequence 49
6. Save - Upload to Database
Error is received
