Report Manager Keeps Asking For Login Credentials

if you run the report on say a Monday, and then a couple of days later, log back into report manager, and do a view-requests, it consistently asks you to login in order to view the report output.
Run the report through report manager.
Click on the “Publish and Presentation” program
Click “View Output”
A new window comes up, and I click “view report now”
I then get the options on how I want to look at the report – I click the excel icon.
I am then taken back to the login screen
I must login again, then I get this screen, so I click “return” on it
This screen says - You do not have permission to create this document
Please contact your support representative
I am then taken back to this screen, so I click Excel, and can then view the report
Windows Vista is being used on these Client machines.
Business Impact - have to relogin to view the report
Workaround - None
