Not Able To Assign A Legal Entity To A Bank Account (Doc ID 1263886.1)

Symptoms

Created a Bank Account and not able to assign the same to an Legal Entity , ( LE ) .

-> User Management - Roles and Role Inheritance Form
-> Update Role - Cash Management Payroll
-> Category - 'Security Administrator'
-> Permissions
-> Create Grant

The "Add Legal Entities" button does not appear and can not be selected to complete the setup.

Even after going through the  Note 403975.1 and running the CE UMX Security Wizard,   the Add Legal Entities button does not appear to be selected.

None.
