When attempting to select the Incident Address while creating a SR in the Service Request form, the following error occurs during the process of entering the Customer details.
FRM-41076: Error populating Group
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Responsibility: Customer Support
2. Open the Service Request form
3. Enter customer information
4. Click on Address
