Release 12 Upgrade - Collection Failing Due To More Than One Row In Column Period_Name On Table CN_PERIOD (Doc ID 1264609.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run collection process the following error occurs.

'The value NOV-09 for value set CN_SRS_OPEN_PERIODS occurs in more than one row in column period_name of table cn_periods and duplicate values are not allowed. Please choose a different value or contact your system administrator.'


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

(R) Compensation Manager
(N) Tasks > Collect Transactions
