Item Cost History Form, shows the wrong Quantity Costed Value.

1. Purchase item via standard PO. This PO does not have Project information.
2. Receive and Deliver Item to inventory.
3.  WIP Component issue these quantity that related Project.
4. Comparing the Item Quantity from the Item Cost History and the Cost for Cost Groups we are able to see the difference. Quantity Costed information from the Item Cost History Form is not correct.
