How does Credit Check Hold works on different levels? (Doc ID 1264982.1)

Goal

We have set up credit check rule at all 4 levels Booking , Picking,Order and Shipping level.

When a new order is placed, the credit check hold is applied, which is correct, but after we release the SO, the credit check rule isn't applied anymore at Shipping level.

Why is happening this?
