The Borrower Summary Page Date is not Correct, Why? (Doc ID 1265219.1)

You may notice that when you look at the Borrower Summary page, the number of Active loans does not appear to be correct. The Loan Remaining Principle Amount does not appear to be correct, why?

Navigation to this page: LNS Agent US responsibility > Loans Dashboard > Enter Account/Customer name > Click Go > Once list of all loans for Customer appears, click any customer name link.
