Symptoms

Create Accounting report has  transactions with the following error:

The subledger journal entry does not balance in the entered currency.
Please verify the entered amounts on the journal entry lines.

 The error message appears because the Accounted Debit and Credit amounts are balanced, but the entered Credit and Debit amounts are off by a small  value (ie 0.01).
