Performance Issue Updating The Repair Order Status In CSDREPLN (Doc ID 1265626.1)

When the Repair Order status is updated and saved, it takes up to 10 seconds for the transaction to complete.
Expect the operation to complete faster (within a second).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a RO
2. On the details tab on the RO form, click 'Update Status'
3. Select an applicable status from the LOV and click ok.
4. The form takes 10-15 seconds for the transaction to get saved.
