Cannot Update An Absence After The End Date Has Passed In Confirmed Status in SSHR

On : 12.0.6 version, Absence recording, maintenance

Find in Self-Service HR employees Cannot update an absence after the end date has passed in confirmed status. The update icon is no longer available

Expect that employees should be able to adjust leave after returning from leave and not have to get it done through the Professional User Interface (PUI)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter in an end date before today's date and ensure that it is approved. The Update icon is grayed out.
