Symptoms

The LOV for primary salesperson shows 'No Sales Credit' only

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see the salesrep values defined in CRM Resource Manager responsibility which are defined with a category of 'Other'

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create Quote button > Quote Header
2. Click Search LOV
3. List of Salesperson contain only 'No Sales Credit' only
