Symptoms
On OTM version 6.1.1 getting the following error with some integration:
ERROR

java.sql.BatchUpdateException: ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Integrate XML files into OTM.
3. The error is seen in the logs.
