Repair Orders Error When Saving If Item Information Is Not Added To Service Request Header (Doc ID 1266564.1)

When using the Repair Order (RO) form and no instance is entered in the SR header, several errors appear.

The error messages are:

Repair Order Creation failed due to error in API

API Programming Error (Create_repair_order): Required parameter P_REPLN_REC.INVENTORY_ITEM_ID was not passed.

Repair Order will not be created as Depot Repair Flag is not set to Yes for Business Process Used.

It is expected that the Instance information can be added afterwards and no error messages should be present.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect using a suitable responsibility (e.g. Deport Repair Manager).
2. Navigate to the Repair Order screen.
3. Create SR/RO without the instance information and save (errors expected)
4. Create SR/RO with the instance information (errors not appearing)
