Cannot Upload Xml File Which Was Downloaded From Another Instance (Doc ID 1266674.1)

Symptoms

 

When attempting to import an XML Compensation Plan from one Incentive
Compensation Instance to another Incentive Compensation Instance, using the
Concurrent Request CN_PLANCOPY_IMPORT module: Plan Copy Import an error is
displayed on the screen.



ERROR
-----------------------

The xml file is not valid. It could be due to one of the following reasons.
-- It is not a well formed xml. -- It does not comply with the schema
definition.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------

To be able to import the Compensation Plan into Incentive Compensation

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(R)(Plan Administrator
(N) Requests > Import Setup Data
Select CN_PLANCOPY_IMPORT module: Plan Copy Import
The error is encountered
