When attempting to close the AP period or SWEEP, the following error occurs:
ORA-01403: No Data Found. FRM-40735: WHEN BUTTON-PRESSED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login with the Payables Manager responsibility.
2. Navigation: Accounting > Control Periods.
3. Select Period Status = Closed.
4. Exceptions and then either Sweep or Review.
5. The error is generated.
