R12 - Creating User Access Via Self Service Registration For iReceivables (Doc ID 1266937.1)

In iReceivables Self Registration, the user receives the email with the below message:

ID 126673
Your account request has been approved, use the following information to access the system:
User Name <> @DOMAIN_NAME
Password Same as the password entered at time of registration.
Login URL <Please change APPLICATION_URL attribute to customize this>

The login URL is not shown in the email. As per the documentation there were two message which needed setup:

Use the Message Dictionary to configure the FND confirmation messages that you
send to users after successful registration.
The messages that you need to configure contain this information:
• ARI_REG_APP_NAME - Enter the name of the iReceivables application that the
user has access to.
• ARI_REG_APPLICATION_LOGIN_URL - Enter the login URL to access
iReceivables applications

We did setup the above message with the url in the custom text message for 'ARI_REG_APPLICATION_LOGIN_URL' still its not showing up any thing in the email. Is there something we missed?
