Symptoms

On : 12.0.4 version, Field Service Engineer Portal

When attempting to open an install base form from the contact center dashboard an error occurs.

The follow error occurred:

Invalid Responsibility specified.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the contact center form
2. select the dashboard tab.
3. drill down the options to open the install base form.
