R12: Users Not Getting Provisioned From OID To E-Business Suite After Registering OID 11g With EBS (Doc ID 1267163.1)

Symptoms

E-Business Suite R12 Applications Technology Stack, OID SSO Technologies issues

 

 

After installing E-Business Suite version 12.1.3 to be integrated with OID 11g, OID SSO Technologies, provisioning from OID to EBS is not working.

When a user is created in OID, the same user is not getting created in E-Business Suite.

Below error can be observed in wls_ods1-diagnostic.log on OID 11g environment:
