Symptoms
When attempting to view an item in Supply/Demand (INVDVDSD) form, the following error occurs.
ERROR

CONC-TM-NO MANAGER DEFINED (APPLICATION=INV)(PROGRAM=INXDSD)(RESP_ID=XXXXX)(RESP_APPL_ID=401)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inventory
2. On-hand, Availability
3. Item Supply/Demand.
