Symptoms

When attempting to use the Tools / Quickmenu option in the Depot Repair / Repair Orders form (CSDREPLN), the following error occurs in the status bar

ERROR
-----------------------
FRM-40735: SPECIAL18 trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the Repair Order form
2. Find an existing SR / RO
3. Click on Data/ Quick Menu to get the error
The quickmenu form does not open.
