Goal


Why is the Usage Settlement Usage program NOT picking up prior actual counter readings as expected when Settlement Interval is set to 'Billing Period' and usage line has default value, which is getting billed correctly when no counter reading is available for the period?

Usage Settlement concurrent process log file indicates 'Line X is ignored since settlement interval is Billing Period' .
