End Customer Location Details Captured In OM Are Not Transfered To Install Base (Doc ID 1268018.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


A sales order is created.  In the order header, user enter following attributes in Other tab

Owner = 'End Customer'
End Customer = 'a customer'
End Customer Location = 'a end customer locatioin'
Current Location = 'End Customer'
Install Location = 'End Customer'

Save header then enter all lines.
After shipping the order, go to Oracle Installed Base instance page.  You will find that the current location and install location of shipped instances
are still with 'Ship to' customer, not end customer.
