Symptoms
On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
In the Master Items form (INVIDITM) the user cannot delete the category assignment for the category set that is the default for functional area "Product Reporting" (or "Product") due to the following error.
-- Error
APP-INV-05157: You cannot delete a mandatory Category set.
-- Steps
1. Go to Items-> Master Item.
2. Query for an item with Category Set "Product Category" (note this can be any category set that is the default for Functional Area "Product" or "Product Reporting")
3. Go to Tools-> Categories.
4. Press the Delete button to remove the category set from the Item.
5. Receive the error.
-- Business Impact
The user is not able to remove unwanted category set assignments from the Item.
