Unable to Print a Transaction from the Transaction workbench using the BPA Icon (Doc ID 1268291.1)

Customer is unable to view or print the Invoice from Transaction Workbench (ARXTWMAI) Using the BPA (Bills Presentment Architecture) button which is present to the right of Transaction Number of an completed invoice. It throws the following error.

Unable to find transaction <customer trx id>

You have already verified that the Print option in More tab is already enabled.
Also the Transaction Type has the Printing enabled.
