Retropay Enhanced Process Picks Up Previously Processed Retro Element Entries After Rollback (Doc ID 1269031.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Find that when a previously run Enhanced Retropay process has been rolled back, on re-running the RetroPay process, the elements that were previously processed, are picked up again.


Steps to Reproduce:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Run the retro notifications (PDF) report - check the file output
  2. Run the enhanced RetroPay process
  3. Rollback the enhanced RetroPay process
  4. Re-run the enhanced RetroPay process
