Goal

How to get the Offset values in the Time Zone field in the Telesales?

1. login to applications
2. goto Telesales Agent
3. open eBusiness Center form
4. query for a customer
5. goto Address/Phone tab
6. in the Contact Points section, enter a new row for Contact Method = Phone, Type = Telephone
7. now in the Time Zone field, click on the LOV
8. give search as F%
9. the Time Zones lov appears as below
