In the Notes section of a service request that is created by 'auto create service request' rule in email center
shows as HTML when referring to the attachments.
This only happens when there is an attachment sent with the email

Steps To Reproduce
1. Set up auto create SR rule in Email Center
2. Send an email with attachment into Email Center
