IEXRCALL fails with APP-IEX-240191 When Clicking Payment Processing Button On Invoices For Contract Tab (Doc ID 1269388.1)

On : 12.1.2 version, Collections Agent UI

When attempting to goto payment processing for contracts, the following error occurs.

APP-IEX-240191 : Invalid input data was passed to Payment Processing screen

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query customer with contract in collections.
2. Goto tab Contracts
3. select a contract that is booked and press Transactions.
4. Select one of the transactions and press the button Payment Processing.
Error occurs.
