Symptoms
In invoice/payment workbench, when querying employee supplier, the display name is having format of Last name-First Name-Middle Name where as in HR such employee name is different.
Ex: Employee (Supplier) name is shown as Swain, Sunil Kumar in Payables where as Sunil Swain in HR
