Problems Copying Work Orders In Maintenance WorkBench (Doc ID 1269519.1)

Symptoms

When you are attempting to copy and save new created work order from Maintenance Workbench, the following error occurs.

Error ORA-01404: no data found
ORA-06512: at "APPS.EAM_WORKORDER_PKG", line 518
FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Responsibility: Enterprise Asset Management
2. Work Order Planning > Maintenance Workbench
3. Extend the Results (Capital) branch, and select Asset With Work
4. Select a work order to copy
5. Use shift F6 (at this stage it appears the work order has copied OK)
6. Fill in balance on mandatory information such as work order no, start date and status
7. Attempt to save the record
