E-record (EDR) : How To Make Field Signer Comments Become Mandatory When Response To E-Signature? (Doc ID 1269565.1)

You have setup ERES to get approval process for example when creating a new Formula and recipe.
When appropriate user is getting notification to approve the document, user is getting the E-record signature template accordingly , including the field "Signer Comments" in Section "Response". This field is not mandatory.

You may have a business requirement or Compliance regulation needing to enforce user to fill a comment. Question is how to make this field becoming mandatory, so that user can't continue to next process if they haven't entered data in field "Signer Comments" ?
