CMRO Users should be allowed to move/schedule a work order automatically when work order start date is changed.

The requirement is to add top-down scheduling functionality for Firm Work Orders when changing the Work Order Start Date from CMRO (like EAM Scheduler Workbench provides). The requirement is to shift/move the entire hierarchy (operations and res requirements) at the time Work Order Start Date is changed from CMRO.

For Work Orders in Firm Status:
- The work orders Start & End dates can be changed within the start and end dates of the visit based on the constraints
- The operations can be scheduled to different dates based on the curing time requirement/ availability of materials/ employees
- The operation start and end dates can be changed within the work order start and end dates
- Resources can be added to the operation within its start and end dates

But the WO start date can be changed only if all the operations start dates are changed. If there are any resources created against the operation, first the resource dates has to be changed, then the operation dates.

This will impact both the the Line Maintenance and Hangar Maintenance scenarios where individual work orders might be required to be rescheduled multiple times daily from the CMRO pages
