Most of the errors experienced at the time of Booking a Sales Order can be resolved by taking care of simple setups. This Primary Note would help in bringing all such notes together to a single location so that customers can easily go through these notes and decide upon the action to be considered even before raising a new Service Request. Similar Notes would be available for cases where patch is available, where you experience Standard Behavior etc.
